I am a middle school teacher and father of a child with developmental disabilities. I have been in the education field for 15 years and then again in graduate school for 2 years. I am now in my final year of graduate school, but I am not sure if I will be able to complete it… My favorite subject is physical education and my weak subject is English. I love playing with my son and DIY, and I am inspired daily by Mr. Kumagai, a young man full of vitality whom he met at graduate school.

Born in 2000. I am currently a senior majoring in English at Iwate University. After traveling abroad twice, I decided to become an English teacher at a high school in order to pass on the joy of learning English to the young people who will lead the future of society. At the same time, I was accepted into a master’s degree program and am currently immersing myself in deepening my expertise. I am also active in multiple capacities, including launching a new business at Shirayuri Inc. and providing classes as a lecturer, as well as simultaneous interpretation at international exchange ceremonies as part of Rikuzentakata Agency Co.

I love learning languages and am currently studying English, Spanish, and Chinese, and for the Chinese Proficiency Test. I chose to work in education because I expect education to reduce possible obstacles on the social side.
I enjoy reading and being exposed to the values of many different people. I am such a dog lover that the data folder of my phone is filled with pictures of my dogs.

I was born in 1999 and am currently a fourth-year student at the Faculty of Education, Iwate University. My hobbies are playing the piano and violin and watching movies. I first became interested in English and other cultures through a homestay experience in the U.S. when I was in elementary school. In high school, I studied English education under the SSH program of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology(MEXT), and presented the results of her research in Taiwan. In college, I traveled to China as a member of a delegation invited by the Chinese government. I also participated in the Southeast Asian Youth Ship Program of MEXT, and have a TOEIC score of 865. I am also studying sign language and will work as an elementary school teacher from the 2022 school year.
